01Our services
Auromations builds and operates done-for-you AI receptionists for home-services businesses. Our AI receptionist answers after-hours and overflow calls, books appointments, captures leads, and escalates emergencies on behalf of the businesses we work with.
Calls are recorded and transcribed. Our voice agent — including the demo on this website — captures your audio, streams it to our AI providers, and transcribes it. By speaking to the agent you consent to that recording and transcription. If you would rather not be recorded, use the form on our contact page or email us instead. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and who processes it.
The voice agent is software and can make mistakes. It is not a substitute for emergency services: if you are in danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) and your gas or utility company directly.
02SMS / Messaging Terms
By opting in to SMS messages from Auromations — on our website form, or via the opt-in checkbox shown at the end of a call with our voice agent — you agree to receive text messages from Auromations about the following topics, according to the consent you gave:
- Appointment and booking reminders
- Follow-ups with leads and clients
- Service and account updates
- Occasional offers (only if you separately consented to marketing messages)
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@auromations.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Auromations. Providing a phone number is optional.
